At Hobbii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your next home project. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all yarn labels and product tags remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier service; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
